SiteTester does not require user registration. We collect minimal data:
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Cookies for session management and analytics
- URLs you submit for analysis (processed in real-time, not stored on our servers)
Local Storage
Scan results are stored only in your browser's localStorage for your convenience. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
Data Security
Our site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures.
GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to restrict or object to our processing of your personal data. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale.
